Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch is a bourbon made in Kirby, Wyoming, from locally grown corn, wheat and barley. It is aged in new, charred white oak barrels and bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV) in a 75cl bottle.
The grains are grown in the Big Horn Basin, and the whiskey is aged for at least five years.
The nose is typically described as caramel, vanilla and honey, with hints of oak and orange zest. The palate offers toffee, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking spice. The finish is long, soft and warm, with oak and caramelised sugar.
