Yamazaki – 12 Year Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Yamazaki 12 Year Old is a single malt Japanese whisky from the Yamazaki Distillery, which Suntory's founder Shinjiro Torii established in 1923 as Japan's first malt whisky distillery. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Fruit and Mizunara, or Japanese oak, define the Yamazaki style, and this whisky is pure gold in colour. The nose has peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange and vanilla alongside the Mizunara. The palate brings coconut, cranberry and butter, and the finish is sweet ginger and cinnamon.
