Yamazaki – 12 Year Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky (43%)

Yamazaki 12 Year Old is a single malt Japanese whisky bottled at 43%. It comes from Yamazaki, Japan's first and oldest distillery, established in 1923 on the edge of Kyoto, and is Suntory's flagship single malt. The malt whiskies in the blend were matured in white oak casks, with whiskies aged in sherry and mizunara casks adding further layers of flavour. The nose brings peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla and mizunara. On the palate there are notes of coconut, cranberry and butter.
