Yamazaki 12 Years is a Japanese single malt from the Yamazaki distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for twelve years in a variety of oak casks.
The nose offers peach, pineapple, grapefruit, cloves, candied orange peel, vanilla and Japanese oak. On the palate there are coconut, dried cranberries and butter. The finish is long, with sweet ginger and cinnamon.
