Yamazaki 25 Year Old is a carefully vatted whisky made from selected malt whiskies aged in sherry casks for over 25 years. This is the older version of the bottling, at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The sherry casks give it a sweet bouquet. The taste is layered and complex, with sweetness and bitterness interwoven, followed by a long, deep aftertaste.
