Yamazaki – Limited Edition Single Malt Japanese Whisky (2021 Release) (70cl, 43%)

Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 is a Japanese single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is the first limited edition Yamazaki bottling since 2017. The whisky has been aged for at least 12 years in Japanese mizunara oak casks, a wood known for lending notes of coconut, spice and incense. It comes from the Yamazaki Distillery, Japan's first and oldest malt whisky distillery, founded in 1923 by Suntory's founder Shinjiro Torii. The house character is multi-layered, with fruit and Mizunara aromas, a style Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo has returned to here.
