Yamazakura Asaka 2022 Edition is a single malt from the Asaka Distillery in Japan. It is made mostly from un-peated malt matured in bourbon barrels, with a small amount of peated malt added to the mix.
The character is built on charred oak, vanilla, lemongrass, sweet citrus fruits and gentle spices, with a faint whiff of peat smoke behind them.
