Yamazakura Asaka Single Malt 2025 Edition is a Japanese single malt from the Asaka Distillery of Sasanokawa Shuzo, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It brings together malt aged in a variety of casks. This edition was awarded a Silver Medal at the World Whiskies Awards.
The nose is guava, cinnamon, grass and fruit. Honey sweetness leads the palate, alongside a few aromatic elements, and the finish is gentle.
