Yellow Rose Outlaw is a Texas bourbon made from 100% Texas yellow corn, in a 70cl bottle. It was released alongside a rye from the same Texas producer.
The whiskey is aged entirely in Houston, where temperature swings of 15 to 20 degrees give the spirit its own character. The angel's share there runs at around 15% a year.
