Yellowstone American Single Malt 108 Proof (75cl, 54%)

Yellowstone American Single Malt 108 Proof is an American single malt made entirely from malted barley, distilled and aged at Limestone Branch Distillery in Kentucky. It was created by seventh-generation distiller Stephen Beam and is the first Yellowstone release in the American single malt category. It matures in new, charred American oak barrels and is bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof), in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers toasted malt, honey, caramel, cocoa and roasted nuts, with dried apricot, baking spice and gentle oak. The palate is full-bodied, with malted barley sweetness, vanilla cream, toffee and dark fruit, followed by chocolate and spice. The finish is long and slightly smoky, with sweet malt, oak and caramel.
