Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and aged in new charred American oak barrels. It draws on seven generations of distilling experience and is named after the park.
The body is sweet and medium in weight, with oak and cinnamon running into the finish.
On the nose there is cereal malt and honey with a hint of peach blossom. The palate brings honey, pear, stone fruit and dates, and the finish carries oak, cinnamon and English walnuts.
