Yoichi 15 Years Old is a Japanese single malt bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It matured for 15 years in American oak and possibly sherry casks.
The nose brings dried figs and raisins, honey and vanilla, with smoke and a little spice. The palate is fruity, with sweet malt and oak, layers of spice and a hint of peat, and a full body with a creamy texture. The finish is long and warming, with fruit, honey and gentle smoke.
