A 20 year old cask strength blended malt from Islay, released by Douglas Laing as the first in a trilogy. It is a limited edition, bottled at 52.6% in a 70cl bottle.
The name comes from an Islay legend of the Norse goddess Yula, who is said to have lost her way at sea, with Islay the last stone to fall from her apron. In old Norse, Islay means 'Yula's Isle'.
The whisky shows the maritime and peaty character associated with Islay.
