Zuidam Millstone Peated PX Cask is a peated single malt whisky from the Dutch distillery Zuidam, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The fruity character underneath comes from a clear wort and a long, cool fermentation using both brewer's and distiller's yeast. A slow, gentle distillation follows, and the spirit is then filled into Pedro Ximenez casks.
