10th Street Peated Single Malt Distillers Cut is an American peated single malt from 10th Street Distillery in San Jose, California, in a 750ml bottle. It is aged in bourbon casks and is non-chill filtered. The character comes from the distillery's own distillation cuts, giving malty, woody, earthy and smoky notes with citrus and berry fruit. It won a Gold medal at Whiskies of the World. The nose is complex but balanced, with malt and gentle smoke. The palate is warm and silky with restrained peat, and the finish is clean, crisp and smooth.
