This is an Australian whisky from 23rd Street Distillery, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a blend of Australian barley malts. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon American oak, with a small number of richly seasoned Tawny barrels. The nose brings citrus, orange blossom and caramelised fruit. On the palate, sweet oils and biscuity malt are framed by vanillin oak, then dark chocolate spice, roasted nut and toffee lead to a lingering, creamy finish.
