Starward Peated Finish is an Australian single malt from the Melbourne distillery, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
It has been finished in Islay casks, which gives the whisky its peated character. Starward draws on ingredients from its own region and usually matures its whisky in red wine barrels from Australian wineries, where the changeable Melbourne weather does much of the work.
