Starward Tawny Cask is an Australian single malt from the Melbourne distillery, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky has been finished in tawny port casks. Starward looks at whisky as a brewer or winemaker would, using ingredients from its own region, and normally matures it in red wine barrels from Australian wineries, with the Melbourne climate shaping its fruity maturity.
