This is an Australian single malt from 23rd Street Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's third all-Australian whisky release.
The whisky was matured in oak for a minimum of 3 years after distillation in copper stills six metres tall. The barley comes from Kangaroo Island.
