23rd Street – Year of the Snake Limited Edition Australian Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 41.8%)

This is a limited edition Australian single malt made to mark the 2025 Year of the Snake, bottled at 41.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from barley grown on Kangaroo Island. To reflect the wood element of the Snake year, the whisky was aged in charred oak barrels. Galway Pipe tawny casks, each more than 15 years old, were then used to add to its character. It is described as having toffee, raisins, vanillin and butterscotch, with a balance of sweet and spiced notes and a lingering warmth.
