5Nines Hills Cask is an Australian single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is made from Australian-grown malt and aged in American and French oak, in a variety of casks that include bourbon, Apera and altar wine.
The nose is mellow oak with peach and raisins. The palate is creamy, with spice, dried fruit, citrus, vanilla and almonds, and the finish is smooth, warm and long.
