A.D. Rattray Cask Orkney 15 Year Old (46%)

Cask Orkney is a 15-year-old single malt from an Orkney distillery that A.D. Rattray, the independent bottler, chooses not to name. It is bottled at 46% and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour. The whisky is matured for fifteen years in carefully chosen casks. Only a little smoke is present, and it comes across as gentle island smoke alongside juicy mirabelle plums. It is presented in a deep blue tube decorated with a picture of the Standing Stones.
