A Highland single malt from Clynelish, distilled in 2010 and bottled by The Whisky Baron at 11 years old. It was matured in a hogshead and bottled at 55% abv in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is light, fragrant and approachable at first, becoming more complex as it opens. The palate has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with honey and lemon, then spicy peat and salty touches, and Milkybar-style sweetness. The finish is lasting spice and brine, set against passion fruit and other tropical flavours.
