Abasolo is a Mexican whisky made from 100% white corn and aged in new American oak. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has warm corn sweetness with vanilla and oak spice. The palate opens with creamy corn, followed by gentle caramel, toasted grain and a little black pepper. The finish is clean and warming, with lingering sweetness and a touch of oak dryness.
