Aberfeldy 16 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Aberfeldy distillery in Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is chill-filtered and has colour added.
The nose offers honey, caramelised fruit and vanilla, with light cinnamon and nutmeg and a touch of oak. On the palate it is creamy and full, with honey alongside ripe apples, pears and oranges, and a warmth of cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
The finish is long, with lingering honey sweetness, a hint of spice and some smokiness, ending in a warm, gentle dryness.
