Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt made from a selection of casks aged for 21 years or more. The casks include re-fill and re-char casks, Sherry casks and Bourbon casks, the last adding vanilla notes.
The aroma is floral heather honey with a creamy intensity, dried fruits and toasted coconut.
In the tasting notes, the palate is creamy with macadamia nuts and chewy beeswax, plush with orange, dried fruits, toasted coconut and silky oak, with a trace of smoke.
