Aberlour 12 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt in its 2025 edition. Part of the whisky is matured in traditional oak casks and part in sherry casks, and the malts are then married together.
That pairing of oak and sherry cask maturation is what gives this Aberlour its pronounced fruitiness. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and with added colour.
