Aberlour 14 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt from the Aberlour distillery, released as an individual batch. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. The nose is sharp and fruity, with a hum of clove and cardamom running through it. On the palate there are soft, gentle hints of blackcurrant, and the finish is rich and creamy.
