A red IGP wine with a medium-intense ruby colour. The nose offers red and black fruits, light spice and floral hints. On the palate it is balanced between freshness and body, with soft tannins and a smooth texture, giving an accessible everyday red. The finish is clean and medium in length, with a savoury note that invites another sip. It pairs with grilled white and red meats, light roasts, cured meats and semi-aged cheeses, as well as tomato sauces and pizzas with simple toppings.
