Zibibbo DOC Sentivento (50cl)

Zibibbo DOC Sentivento from Abraxas is a 50cl bottle of aromatic white wine. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with white flowers, citrus peel, yellow-fleshed fruit and a lightly fragrant note of aromatic herbs on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a slender body and a pleasant persistence that invites another sip. It is best served young and fresh, around 8 to 10 C, in a wide glass. It pairs simply with lightly prepared fish dishes, salads, delicate raw antipasti, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif.
