Rosso IGP Sabj - Abraxas

A red wine from Abraxas with a straightforward, measured profile. It has a moderate ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, light sweet spice notes and a balanced aromatic profile. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with present but not aggressive tannins and acidity that gives freshness. The finish is sincere and without excess. It is suited to everyday dishes such as simple pasta sauces, flavourful white meats, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses. Store away from light and temperature changes, and consume within a few days once opened.
