Abraxas Bianco DOC Alsine has a clean, measured aromatic profile with fruity and floral notes. The palate is fresh and smooth, supported by balanced acidity and a finish of medium persistence.
It is best served at around 8-10 C and pairs simply with fish, shellfish, composed salads, light pasta and fresh cheeses. It can also be served as an aperitif and suits Mediterranean cuisine.
