A pale, clear and lively rosé from Abraxas, labelled IGP Reseda. The nose is fragrant and measured, with ripe small red fruits, citrus peel and light floral hints. On the palate it is fresh, balanced between savouriness and barely perceptible tannin, with a slender texture and a dry, medium-length finish. It suits light seafood dishes, summer salads, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses, and can also be served as an aperitif at around 8-10 °C in a wide tulip glass.
