Zibibbo DOC Don Achille from Abraxas is an aromatic white wine with a clear, immediate profile. The nose opens with fresh citrus, white flowers and light yellow-fleshed fruit, blended in a balanced way. On the palate it is slender, with good dryness and freshness that make it easy to drink, and the finish is clean and light.
It works well as an aperitif and with simple fish dishes, salads, starters and fresh cheeses. Serve fresh, around 8-10 C, in not too wide glasses. The 50 cl bottle is practical for smaller servings.
