Rosso IGP Vipera

Rosso IGP Vipera from Abraxas is a straightforward red wine intended for everyday drinking. In the glass it shows a moderate ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, light spice and dried herbs. The palate is dry, with balanced tannins and contained acidity, and the persistence is pleasant without overpowering the drinkability. It pairs easily with home cooking, such as pasta with meat sauces, simple white or red meat dishes and semi-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 C; decanting is not necessary.
