Aerstone Sea Cask is a 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky from William Grant & Sons, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for over ten years near the Ayrshire coast.
The nose is light and floral with a subtle nutty character, over delicate oak, malted biscuits and creamy vanilla. The palate offers lightly toasted almonds, sweet cotton candy and gentle vanilla oak, with a touch of tannin. The finish is lingering oak with delicate sweetness.
