Akashi Meisei (40%)

Akashi Meisei is a Japanese blended whisky from the White Oak Distillery, bottled at 40% ABV and chill-filtered. It is double distilled in copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of three years in American white oak barrels, which bring gentle sweetness and spice. The nose offers vanilla, dried fruits and soft spices. On the palate come sweet oak, warming spice and a hint of vanilla richness. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in cocktails.
