This is a Japanese blended malt from Akashi, called White Oak 700 Special Blend. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is a dark amber. The nose is fruity, with sherry, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. On the palate there is chocolate and caramel alongside cereal notes.
The finish has a light sweetness with vanilla and a little sharpness.
