Akashi White Oak Meisei is a limited blended Japanese whisky from the White Oak distillery, in a 50cl bottle. It contains 45% single malt matured in American oak.
Its maker is a sake master, or Toji, who applies sake-making methods to whisky. This means less ageing is needed to produce a smooth, delicate malt.
The whisky is light and easy-drinking, with classic American oak notes of vanilla and wood spices.
