Very old cognac casks
Alfred Giraud Harmonie is a French whisky blended from three unpeated French malt distillates, each held in a different type of cask: mostly casks that held old cognac, plus new Limousin French oak and new American oak. The blend is matured exclusively in casks that held very old cognac. A lightly peated French malt distillate is then added, and the whisky goes back into the same very old cognac casks.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
