Alfred Giraud Harmonie is a French malt whisky bottled at 46.1%. It is a blend of two unpeated French malt distillates, aged in three kinds of cask: mostly casks that held very old cognac, along with new French oak from the Limousin and new American oak. The blend is aged further in the old cognac casks, then married with a lightly peated French malt and returned to the same casks. The barley is French, malted in the Vosges and distilled in Charente.
