Amázzoni London Dry Gin (70cl)

Amázzoni is a Brazilian London dry gin built around Amazonian ingredients. Juniper, pink pepper, bay, lemon, mandarin and coriander are joined by five fruits and plants from the Amazon: cacao, Brazil nut, maxixe, water lily and cipó cravo. The botanicals are macerated in grain spirit and distilled in a large copper still, with pure Amazon water used in the recipe. The nose is complex, with cacao, maxixe and cipó cravo woven through classic juniper, pink pepper and bay. On the palate the warmth of the spirit is noticeable, balanced by freshness and a creamy texture.
