This is a 10 year old peated Indian single malt from Amrut, the fourth release in the Greedy Angels series. It was finished in an ex-rum cask and bottled in October 2019 at 57.1%, with 450 bottles produced. It comes in a decanter with a presentation box and a glass stopper.
Smoky peat and woody spice lead on the nose, followed by sweet spice, marmalade, cherry, cocoa and sweet vanilla. The palate shows butterscotch, citrus and tropical fruit, then camphor, soft smoke and rum-soaked raisins.
