Amrut Indian Single Malt is a single malt whisky from India, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It is described as having a liquorice and bourbon-like character, with a balance of bitter and sweet. Barley and oak sweetness comes through with a rich, glossy texture, alongside burnt honeycomb, toffee and molassed sugar.
The finish is long, with layered oak that moves between sweet and dry, and a silky touch of cream toffee at the end.
