This is Amrut Indian Single Malt Whisky, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It has a golden yellow colour.
The nose is led by liquorice and bourbon-like notes, with burnt honeycomb and toffee. On the palate there is a rich barley and oak sweetness, with liquorice and molassed sugar and a bourbon-like edge. The finish is long, with layered oak that moves between sweet and dry, a silky touch and some cream toffee at the end.
