Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength 2026 is the annual cask strength release from Angel's Envy in Louisville, Kentucky. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at full cask strength and unfiltered.
The bourbon was distilled between 2014 and 2018, aged in new charred American white oak (Char #3) and finished in ruby port casks. The mash bill is 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley.
Cherry cordial and salted caramel sit over sweetly spiced oak on the nose. The palate is rich and layered, with apple cider, red wine notes and creamy ganache. The finish is dry, with oak tannins, citrus preserves and jammy dark chocolate.
