Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength Distiller's Collection 2025 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 61.3%)

This is Angel's Envy 10 Cask Strength, the brand's first age stated release, launched in October 2025 as part of the 15th anniversary Distiller's Collection. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon from stocks distilled in July 2014 and March 2015, matured for a cumulative ten years in new charred American white oak and finished in Ruby Port wine barrels. It is bottled uncut and non chill filtered at 61.3% ABV (122.6 proof) in a 750ml bottle, with 24,480 bottles produced. Master Distiller Owen Martin oversaw it, and the 10/10 release date marks the month Angel's Envy was first meant to launch in 2010. The nose is cinnamon toast, fruit nougat and candied nuts. The palate shows baklava, apricot, crème brûlée and cognac with a touch of grains of paradise. The finish builds with rum raisin cake.
