Angel's Envy 10 Year Old Cask Strength 2025 is a limited-edition bourbon released for the distillery's 15th anniversary. It is the first age-stated cask strength bourbon from Angel's Envy.
The whiskey spent ten years in maturation, beginning in charred new American white oak barrels and finishing in ruby port wine casks. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 122.6 proof, or 61.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings cinnamon toast, fruit nougat and candied nuts. Baklava leads the palate, moving to ripe apricot, crème brûlée, cognac and dark fruit syrup. The long, warming finish has rum raisin cake, tannic grape and oak spice.
