Angel's Envy 2026 Cellar Collection Peach Brandy Rye is a cask-strength Kentucky straight rye whiskey, bottled at 53.2% in a 75cl bottle. It is the sixth volume in the limited Cellar Collection series.
The rye was distilled between 2014 and 2018 from a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It was split in two: one part spent up to 23 months in peach brandy casks, the other up to 12 months in toasted oak barrels. The two were then recombined.
The nose is candied peach and table syrup with cinnamon and clove. The palate brings peach preserves, vanilla cream and caramel, then clove and peppery rye. The finish is long and warming, with orchard fruit, baking spice and soft oak.
