This is the 15th annual cask strength release from Angel's Envy of Louisville, Kentucky, bottled in 2026 at 58.9% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Master Distiller Owen Martin blends it through a Solera-inspired process, with each year's blend layered into an ongoing system.
The base is Kentucky straight bourbon distilled between 2014 and 2019. After blending it is double matured for up to 3.5 years in port wine barrels.
The nose is cherry cordial and salted caramel fading into sweetly spiced oak. The palate is rich and weighty, with juicy apple cider, red wine notes and creamy ganache. The finish is dry and oaky, with citrus preserves and jammy dark chocolate.
